- What does it cost to join?
- Nothing. Affiliates never pay Dealer Duo anything.
- Who counts as my referral?
- Someone new to Dealer Duo who opens your link or types your code, then creates an account within 90 days. People who already had an account don't count, and neither do accounts you own yourself.
- When do I get paid?
- Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment so refunds can settle. After that it's payable, and payouts follow the schedule shown in your dashboard.
- Do dealerships count?
- Yes. When a store signs up through your link and pays, you earn 25% of its payments for 12 months, the same as for an associate. Stores get 14 days free to try it.
- What if a referral gets a refund?
- Refunds and chargebacks reduce the commission on that payment. If it happens during the hold, the commission is simply canceled.
- Can I offer my own discount?
- No. Every sales associate you send already gets 30 days free. Please don't add rebates or incentives of your own.
